Prince Intertrade Solutions L.L.P. traces its origins to the humble beginnings of its parent company, in the form of a retail business in fabrics. The parent company was the brainchild of Mr. Nanik Khubchandani, who started “Prince Textiles LLC” in 1983 in Dubai. Under his leadership and sheer foresight, a small retail business of fabrics soon transitioned into a major wholesale business of fabrics after just 10 years of its establishment.
Since 1993, Prince Textiles LLC started importing superior quality textiles from the Far East, and exporting these to countries in Eastern Europe, Middle East and African Region. With this step, there was no looking back. The textiles business grew leaps and bounds and reached India in no time.
The chapter in India opened at Pune in the year 2000. For its operations in India, the fabrics business took the name of Prince Fabrics & Garments Pvt. Ltd., and the company made its presence felt in the Indian market in a very short span of time. The garments business later grew into Prince Resources Pvt. Ltd. to reflect its ever-expanding role and profile in India.
